Location:

Cranston, Rhode Island Job Description We are looking add a Maintenance Technician to our property management team. This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property. This position performs routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep of the building, grounds, common areas, and equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep throughout the property.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, entrances, stairways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.

Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and fixtures.

Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting, leaf removal, and other weather-related property needs.

Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, porter, facilities, or a related position

Knowledge of basic power tools Ability to work 40 hour work week

Strong references that will support your work history

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
