Responsibilities Complete turnovers in a timely manner. Complete work orders in a timely manner. Complete preventative maintenance on systems. Ensure grounds are litter free at all times. Maintain maintenance shop in good order and stocked on supplies. Communicate effectively with manager about about matters of the community. Be immediately available in the event of snow in winter. Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager. Skills Proven experience as maintenance technician Appliance Repair Electrical knowledge (switches, plugs etc) Plumbing Basic carpentry Drywall repair HVAC troubleshooting (HVAC cert is a plus!) CPO is also a plus Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable vehicle, own hand tools, and availability to rotate on-call responsibilities. Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Rotating weeks of on-call responsibility. Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days! Must be able to pass background check
