Maintenance Tech to join our team at Newport Avenue Apartments, a luxury rental community in Rumford, RI. Applicants must be experienced in general property maintenance and upkeep, appliance repair, electric (switches and plugs etc), plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting. Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable vehicle, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities. Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Plus on-call responsibility. Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days! Must be able to pass background check.
