Immediate Openings Available Requirements:
Reliable transportation Previous apartment, residential, or general maintenance experience preferred Experience with work orders, unit turns, repairs, and property maintenance Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently Own tools are a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently Perform unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Maintain property grounds and common areas Support daily property operations and respond to maintenance needs
