WHAT YOU'LL GET
Location-Based Pay:
Start at $15- 20/hr with no experience and grow to $34/hr base pay + performance incentives as you gain skills and years in the industry. Base pay based on location and experience Paid training & support to build your skills Drive your own ride or use ours

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Visit local customers' homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools Provide a top-tier customer experience—you're the expert they're counting on Get Paid to Help People Protect What Matters- You'll learn how to spot and recommend simple ways to keep appliances running longer—like filters and maintenance packages.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you've worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates High school diploma or GED required EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we'll help you get certified if needed Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver's license You Bring the Drive- We'll Provide the Tools, Training, and Support.
