Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Knowledge of pools would be helpful
- HVAC knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
- Knowledge of boiler operations and maintenance is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
