Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio with (352) units located throughout Woonsocket, North Smithfield, & Pascoag.

• Preparing vacant units for turnover.
• Completing resident work orders.
• Annual unit inspections
• Daily site walk throughs.
• Upkeep of the properties, including common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Additional Information

Skills & Requirements Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. This position will include participation in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

• Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
