Maintenance Technician Details:

Contract to Hire position $32.00 to $34.00 /hour Various shifts available Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, machinery, and electrical/mechanical systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues. Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Troubleshoot and repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, sensors, switches, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals. Perform electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems and control circuits. Utilize PLCs and other computerized control systems to troubleshoot equipment issues. Perform welding, fabrication, and other maintenance-related repairs as needed. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area. Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify recurring equipment issues and develop solutions. Support emergency and scheduled maintenance activities as needed. A Or B Shift -

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred. Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment..
