Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

$34.50 to $37.00 hourly Full Time/Direct Hire 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (2-2-3 Schedule)

Capable of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic. Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Capable of welding and steel fabrication Troubleshoot and repair all types of control circuits.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Associate's degree in a related technical field or High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years manufacturing experience. Experience with stamping presses up to 2000 tons, coil feeding equipment, servo transfer systems, conveyor systems. Familiar with overhead cranes and their operation. Ability to manipulate and modify robot programs (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman) Heavy robotics experience Excellent problem-solving skills such as 8D and 5 Whys Ability to use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints to troubleshoot and fix issues.
