Job Overview HutchCo Home and Bath is looking for a dependable and hardworking Home Improvement Installer to join our installation team. This position will focus primarily on gutters, Gutter Helmet systems, and retractable awnings. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors and on ladders, and has a valid driver's license with the ability to drive our installers and company vehicles to job sites when needed. Responsibilities Install and assist with the installation of gutters and downspouts Install Gutter Helmet gutter protection systems Install retractable awnings and related products Assist lead installers with residential installation projects Drive installers to and from job sites when needed Drive company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, and materials when assigned Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools Set up and clean up job sites Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Assist with other home improvement installation projects as needed. Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be able and willing to drive company vehicles and transport installers to job sites when needed Acceptable driving record Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift and carry approximately 50-75 lbs. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willing to learn and follow instructions Previous experience with gutters, Gutter Helmet, awnings, roofing, construction, or residential home improvement installation is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and flexible. This person should be willing to assist our installers in the field and be available to drive installers and company vehicles when needed. Experience with gutters, gutter protection systems, awnings, construction, or other home improvement work is a plus.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 70.0 per week
