Residential Maintenance Technician - Lancaster, SC We are seeking a reliable Residential Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and general upkeep for residential properties in Lancaster, SC.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics) Respond to repair requests promptly Inspect properties and complete needed repairs Coordinate with vendors when necessary

Requirements:

Applicants must have hands-on experience with residential house repairs and maintenance. Candidates with only industrial, machinery, or equipment maintenance experience may not be a good fit.
