Compensation & Benefits $33-$37/hour based on experience Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Relocation assistance available Clean facility Strong advancement opportunities and a culture of promoting from within Schedule 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Week 1: Work 3 days / Off 4 days Week 2: Work 4 days / Off 3 days Built-in long weekends every other week Work approximately half the days of the month More time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair KUKA, ABB, and FANUC robotic systems Perform preventive maintenance on presses, conveyors, and production equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Use SAP and Captor systems to document repairs and preventive maintenance Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred Previous maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical and mechanical systems Someone who wants to continue learning, growing, and building a long-term career Why This Opportunity?
