Our Maintenance Team plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. By ensuring our hotel is safe, clean, and operating efficiently, you'll help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and exterior grounds.

Your duties will include:

Perform minor repairs, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, HVAC filters, and other building components Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water lines Complete minor painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs throughout the property Assist with maintenance of kitchen, laundry, and other hotel equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to the hotel's maintenance program Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's exterior, parking lot, entrances, walkways, landscaping, signage, and lighting Help maintain the pool, fitness center, and other guest amenities to ensure they are clean, safe, and fully operational Set up and break down meeting room functions as needed Monitor inventory and replenish maintenance supplies while minimizing waste Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to provide exceptional guest service Assist with additional maintenance and property improvement projects as assigned What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable performing a variety of basic maintenance and repair tasks Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Customer-service focused with a positive attitude Able to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible to work weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as needed Why Join True Blue Hospitality?
