Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliance issues, including HVAC & appliance technology systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Install, upgrade, and maintain various appliances and mechanical systems with precision and safety compliance. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or equipment transportation as needed. Conduct construction-related maintenance tasks to support facility improvements or renovations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients about repair status or system issues. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, HVAC system repair techniques, and appliance installation procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across diverse systems including air conditioning units and kitchen appliances. Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and tools in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate construction tools safely and efficiently; previous construction experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
