Property Liaison & Maintenance:

Act as the primary point of contact for Cherry Grove property needs. Field property maintenance issues and resolve property-related complaints under the direct guidance and authority of the HOA management team. Proactively escalate complex issues to management for final resolution.

Grounds Maintenance:

Inspect Cherry Grove beachfront common areas, lawns, and walkways daily. Remove trash, report storm damage, and coordinate local landscaping crews. Make minor repairs and maintain lighting of hallways.

Pool Care:

Test pool water chemistry daily. Clean skimmer baskets, spray pool decks, and ensure safety gear meets local SC health codes.

Vendor Management:

Meet outside contractors on-site. Report repairs to management. Become a part of our growing team. Seeking someone passionate & eager to complete daily tasks. Work where others take vacations. A management team that respects your hard work and gives you autonomy.

Requirements:

2+ years of general maintenance, upkeep, or grounds keeping experience. Basic tools and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift heavy items and stay active outdoors.
