Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: 2nd shift/ Maintenance Tech/ M-F 3:30p-12a/ $22-30/hr DOE Must have experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting where teamwork and leadership are highly valued. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using pneumatics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues accurately. Support facilities maintenance projects including upgrades, installations, or renovations with a focus on quality and safety. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments. Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair; familiarity with schematics is essential. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control. Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics confidently. Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and internal clients. Fluency in English for clear communication across all levels of the organization.
