JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to join Limitless Prints. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop's operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for the printing and embroidery industry to take their career to the next level. As the Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of printing technicians, coordinating projects, and ensuring that orders are completed on time. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with marketing and office manager on a regular basis. This position requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a results-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Oversee all shop operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Manage a team of printing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensuring that they are completed within established timelines Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Monitor and optimize shop productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $59,502.94 per year
