Payrate:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep critical manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot complex equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, minimize downtime, and help keep essential operations moving. If you're mechanically driven, safety-focused, and enjoy solving problems where every repair matters, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and power transmission systems. Install and replace motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, chains, and other mechanical components. Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements. Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to identify issues and keep operations running efficiently. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing or industrial equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Commitment to workplace safety and proper LOTO procedures. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Welding and fabrication experience. Experience in manufacturing, steel fabrication, marine, shipbuilding, or other industrial environments. Experience supporting equipment installations, upgrades, or continuous improvement projects. Pay Details:
