Job Summary:

As an Exterior Pro, you will perform gutter guard installation and repairs from start to finish. You'll ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety, including gutter cleaning. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all assigned gutter cover installation and repairs. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with clients to address their needs and provide excellent customer service. Ensure that all gutters are clean, and property is left the way we found it upon arrival, including repairing any damaged landscaping. Perform quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying supervisor for repairs Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing tasks and steps assigned in the Field Service Management App Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, goals as needed May perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience :

Strong communication skills Ability to multitask, while keeping a positive attitude Work with power tools and cutting tools as necessary

Preferred Experience:

Work in any level of home services, including construction, roofing and repair

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
