Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to perform daily maintenance and inspect the equipment and facilities
• Must be able to learn to operate all material handling equipment
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.) As Needed
• Assist other areas/departments when needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (change tires, lights, etc.)
• Heavy-duty trucking knowledge is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Electrical knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, squat, kneel, twist, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to work in severe weather conditions, both heat and cold
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in high places
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings

Pay:

$16.86 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
