JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facilities building systems (mechanical, electric and plumbing).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Preventative and Routine Maintenance of:

o HVAC systems o Chiller systems o Compress Air systems o Lighting o Plumbing systems o Oversee activities by outside service providers related to facility building system maintenance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma. Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study) Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance 2-5 years of relative experience (e.g. HVAC Technician) Section 608 Technician Certification (Preferred) Organizational skills

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
