INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DIRECT HIRE
| Competitive Pay | Multiple Shifts Available Manchester, TN $21.00-$36.00/HR — Based on Experience 1st

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of industrial machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems . Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical prints to diagnose equipment issues. Assist with machine improvements, modifications, and process enhancements . Perform welding and basic machinist-related tasks as needed. Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance and repair work. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) procedures and all company safety requirements. Communicate equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance activities to supervisors and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete required reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel . Work independently or collaboratively with other maintenance and production team members. Maintain required forklift and boom lift certifications . Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training and education. Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules as production needs require.

Candidates should be proficient in at least 11 of the following 20 skill areas : Electrical Troubleshooting PLCs Mechanical Maintenance Hydraulics Pneumatics Welding Machining Preventive Maintenance Electrical Schematics Mechanical Prints Machine Troubleshooting Equipment Repair Machine Improvements Hand Tools Power Tools Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) Forklift Operation Boom Lift Operation Computer Skills Maintenance Documentation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR Associate's Degree in Electronics/Electrical with 2+ years of experience OR Military training in a related technical field with an honorable discharge Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or vocational certification in Industrial Maintenance Manufacturing or industrial production experience Forklift and/or boom lift certification Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical prints Experience with PLC troubleshooting and controls
