Job Description
PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family apartment community in Memphis, TN. Maintenance Technician - Job Description Position is primarily responsible for repairing apartment unit interiors and fixtures and completing common area and property exterior maintenance. Position also frequently works with outside contractors. Maintenance Technician - Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Property Maintenance required. EPA certification required. Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone). Candidate must be able to provide own tools and reliable transportation. Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver's License is required. Excellent Benefits Package offered.
