Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve residential and commercial properties. This position requires experience in general maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks while ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. Duties & Responsibilities Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance and repair projects. Perform general property repairs, including fence repairs, paving, fixture installation, and carpentry work. Manage and maintain irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing issues as needed. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, roads, lighting, and utilities to identify maintenance needs. Assist with landscaping projects and property improvements to enhance curb appeal and overall appearance. Perform plumbing repairs, including diagnosing and repairing water leaks. Complete interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing work. Repair drywall and wall surfaces through patching, sanding, and touch-up work. Install, repair, and replace flooring materials, including linoleum and other resilient flooring products. Perform minor electrical repairs and fixture replacements as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations. Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize costly repairs and downtime. Support other maintenance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in general maintenance, construction, or property maintenance preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and basic electrical work. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

From $20.00 per hour
