Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and repair mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC & appliance technology issues, including air conditioning repairs and refrigeration system servicing. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members regarding maintenance schedules or urgent repairs. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with strong appliance repair skills and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC/R systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently; experience with air conditioning systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills coupled with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when needed. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.
