Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our Holland Sharpe manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems to maintain optimal operation. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately. Conduct electrical diagnostics and repair tasks involving low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical systems. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC/R system diagrams to facilitate repairs and upgrades. Maintain detailed records of work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance history and schedules. Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and HVAC/R systems. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams with precision. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, and automation troubleshooting. Skilled in welding ( welding preferred), low voltage wiring, and the use of precision measuring instruments like ammeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of industrial safety standards including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams effectively. Valid certification or experience in industrial electrician work, HVAC/R systems, or related fields is highly desirable. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently for elevated maintenance tasks. Fluency in English with good communication skills essential for documentation and teamwork.
