Your typical day includes:

Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools Testing and balancing pool water Adding necessary chemicals Checking pool equipment for proper operation Identifying and reporting potential problems Communicating professionally with customers and our team Keeping your assigned work truck and equipment clean and organized You will report to our Mount Juliet location at the beginning of the workday, pick up your company work truck, complete your assigned service route, and return the truck at the end of the day. Who We Are Looking For You do not need previous pool experience. We are willing to teach someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability . Experience in HVAC, pest control, landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, construction, delivery/route work, or other hands-on service work can translate very well to this position. Because our technicians are the face of our company , we expect a clean, neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance while representing All Seasons Pool Care. Company uniform shirts will be provided.

You Should Be:

Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently A clear and professional communicator Comfortable working outdoors in Tennessee weather Able to perform physical work throughout the day Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Someone who takes pride in doing things correctly A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Reliability Is Important Our customers depend on us to show up when scheduled, and our team depends on each other. Reliable attendance and good communication are essential for this position.
