Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Maintenance :

Perform routine and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems

Service Requests :

Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

Property Care :

Maintain the property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure a clean and safe environment

Inventory & Tools :

Manage and maintain maintenance tools and supplies

Compliance :

Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or

GED HVAC

experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred Previous experience in apartment or multifamily housing maintenance Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Basic hand tools and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual a plus Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance
