Summertown Metals is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to install Doors and Windows. This will be a full-time position which is eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K with a company match, vacation and PTO. Job duties include, but are not limited to Install windows and doors in accordance with Summertown Metals' quality standards, ensuring proper alignment, weatherproofing, fastening, and finish work. Prepare job sites by reviewing plans, verifying measurements, and ensuring all required materials and tools are available. Perform accurate jobsite measurements to support project planning, material needs, and installation precision. Identify installation issues such as structural irregularities, misalignments, or material defects and communicate them promptly to Project Managers. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas that reflect Summertown Metals' professionalism and customer-first values. Document installation details, issues, and follow-up actions in Buildertrend or approved systems. Collaborate with Project Managers and crew members to ensure efficient workflow, timely project completion, and high-quality results. Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and building code requirements to ensure safe and compliant installations. Assist with additional material pick-ups, deliveries, or jobsite support tasks to maintain project efficiency and timelines. Recommend improvements to installation SOPs, training materials, and quality standards to support continuous improvement. Model professional conduct, communication, and appearance always as a representative of Summertown Metals.
