We are a premier, locally trusted pool company serving the Middle Tennessee area. We pride ourselves on showing up, doing excellent work, and keeping our customers informed. We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Pool Equipment Repair Technician who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix all types of pool and spa equipment.What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnose & Repair:
Troubleshoot and fix all types of pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, lights, and plumbing.Specialty Focus:
Expertly repair and maintain Pentair and Hayward equipment systems, with a heavy emphasis on Pentair troubleshooting and automation programming.Equipment Upgrades:
Replace old parts, rebuild equipment pads, and upgrade systems to manufacturer specifications.Customer Service:
Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners.Route Management:
Safely drive a company vehicle to various job sites across the Middle TN region.Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of professional experience repairing swimming pool equipment.Manufacturer Knowledge:
Strong, working knowledge of Pentair and Hayward product lines.Mechanical Aptitude:
Proficient use of hand tools and power tools.Professionalism:
Clean-cut appearance with excellent communication skills.Management & Leadership:
Ability to lead, train, and manage a team.Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and hands-on repair skills. Must be efficient, organized, detail-oriented, personable, poised, and well-groomed. Must have experience in pool, spa, and fountain maintenance, including chemical use, chemical level testing, equipment maintenance, pool plumbing, identifying and fixing issues with pool equipment, and all other related items. Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting heavy equipment, bending, and working outdoors. A valid driver's license. Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements. Familiarity with using navigation systems. Full-Time Position (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).Benefits:
