Job Description
THIS POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO HAVE A VEHICLE MUST HAVE HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Duties- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using property PMS system
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Preventative maintenance in guest rooms and maintaining accurate records
- Ensure all life safety items are up to date and schedule inspections as needed Assist with houseman duties as needed Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance and repair work
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge in Dormakoba lock system
- Pool maintenance/cleaning and record keeping is
