MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join a property management team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Complete apartment turns and make-ready work Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs Patch, texture, and paint walls as needed Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other minor components Perform basic appliance repairs and replacements Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks Change locks and hardware Clean and prepare units for move-in Complete work orders efficiently and accurately Maintain a safe and clean work environment ✅

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous apartment maintenance/make-ready experience preferred Strong knowledge of general apartment repairs HVAC experience or certification is a plus Must have reliable transportation Must have your own basic hand tools Ability to work independently and complete apartment turns on schedule Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
