1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available We are seeking dependable and experienced Maintenance Mechanics to join a meat processing facility . The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and equipment breakdowns Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs Complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow all safety and food-processing facility guidelines Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance mechanic or industrial maintenance experience preferred Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Experience working with machinery and production equipment Ability to use hand and power tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work in a meat processing/food manufacturing environment IND_
