Texoma Housing Partners (THP) is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Mechanic. Primary responsibilities include the repair, improvement and maintenance of residential duplexes and property. Knowledge of all maintenance trades including HVAC, plumbing and electrical preferable. Must be able to perform physical and manual labor. General Maintenance Knowledge test to be administered. Position includes annual salary of $39,249.60 plus benefits.
