Part-time Maintenance Technician

Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices. Assist with residential painting projects to ensure facility aesthetics meet standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Support facilities maintenance tasks to include plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general repairs. demonstrate leadership and customer service skills. Experience Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
