Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and functionality of buildings? We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team and ensure the impeccable condition of our facilities, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting, to ensure the safety and comfort of occupants. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Handle building repairs, including carpentry, painting, and minor renovations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas and workspaces. Manage landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, and seasonal planting. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and health of plants. Collaborate with external contractors when specialized repairs or maintenance are required. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed. Implement preventive maintenance measures to extend the life of facilities and equipment. Occasionally work on-site and off-site as needed to address maintenance and landscaping tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in facility maintenance, building upkeep. Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to perform manual labor as required. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
