Job Summary Our company is the largest provider of carpet cleaning and deep cleaning specialty services to the hotel industry. We operate in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. We are seeking energetic and dedicated Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning and floor maintenance services across a variety of hotels in the metroplex area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, and environmental services while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning using specialized equipment and cleaning agents to remove stains, dirt, and allergens. Conduct floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to restore the appearance of various flooring surfaces. Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols for mixing, applying, and disposing of floor cleaning chemicals. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, polishers, steam cleaners, and extraction machines efficiently. Execute manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment or furniture to facilitate thorough cleaning processes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and ensuring satisfaction with the results. Qualifications Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate various cleaning machinery with precision. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Here's what you need: Authorization to work in the United States. A valid driver's license and transportation to our facility each day (in Carrollton). Dependable and arrive on time. Make sure you like us! All the training you need to succeed. We have full-time and part-time positions. Work is primarily weekday based but some after-hours and weekend work may be required.
Pay:
$18.50 - $20.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
