Pay:
$25•$28/hr.
Hire Type:
Direct Hire We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support a Blow Molding manufacturing operation. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, molds, and auxiliary systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
Job Duties:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.

Support mold changeovers, setup, and production startups.

Maintain auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, leak testers, granulators, dryers, chillers, air compressors, and vacuum systems.

Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (sensors, motors, heaters, VFDs).Complete maintenance work orders and documentation.

Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.1-3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred).Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Ability to read basic schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.

Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.

Basic English communication skills.
