What You Will Do Coach and develop technicians in real time, out in the field Ride along with techs to build relationships and help them level up Jump in and solve the toughest or most escalated service calls Show techs how it is done with strong sales, quoting, and closing skills Set the standard for quality, professionalism, and customer service Turn good technicians into great ones What We Are Looking For Previous garage door management or service sales manager experience required A real track record of success in garage door service and sales Sharp diagnostic skills and the confidence to fix what others can't Natural leadership, the kind of person techs already look up to A hunger to keep learning and a willingness to teach what you know Comfortable splitting time between the field and some admin work Clean driving record, able to pass required screenings Able to lift 80 to 100 lbs and handle physical field work Pay & Perks $75,000 to $150,000+ per year Company truck Health insurance 401k Commission and bonus opportunities Flexible schedule A real path to senior leadership This is your shot to lead in the field you already know inside and out.
