We're looking for someone who is: Dependable. You show up on time, do what you say you're going to do, and can be counted on. Hardworking. You take initiative, stay productive, and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next. A team player. You're willing to jump in wherever you're needed and don't have a "that's not my job" mentality. Positive. You bring a good attitude to work and can handle challenges, changes, and frustrating days without bringing down the people around you. Coachable. You're willing to ask questions, receive feedback, learn new skills, and continually improve. Accountable. You take ownership of your work. When something goes wrong, you don't make excuses—you help make it right. Detail-oriented. You take pride in doing things correctly and understand that precision matters. Motivated to grow. You're looking for more than a paycheck. You want to develop your skills, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term future with a growing company. You MUST be able to accurately read a tape measure to the 1/32". This is a non-negotiable requirement. You must also be able to pass a drug test and background check. Previous experience with commercial doors and hardware, construction, carpentry, installation, fabrication, or another skilled trade is a plus. Schedule Normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. This is a full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed each week. We value consistency and want our team members to be able to count on a dependable paycheck. Pay Up to $35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
