We're recruiting 5 experienced lead handyman contractors to estimate, install, service, and remove residential holiday lights with potential ongoing handyman projects year-round. The work Lead holiday-lighting projects on accessible one- and two-story homes: assess the property, prepare an itemized estimate, organize your crew, and deliver a neat, tested installation. Handle agreed service needs and return for separately paid removal. Customers own and keep their lights, including any new materials purchased for them. There is no leasing. Our initial scope excludes steep or unsafe roof access, tall-tree or lift-access work, and new outlets or permanent wiring modifications.

January 2027 You must be available for each accepted project's installation, agreed service, and removal.

What you bring Proven experience:

At least 10 years of professional residential handyman experience and three professional holiday-lighting seasons. Five or more lighting seasons are preferred.

An equipped operation:

Your own truck or van, tools, suitable ladders, required safety equipment, and qualified help when needed.

Project ownership:

Accurate estimating, lighting troubleshooting skills, dependable communication, and professional workmanship.

Verifiable qualifications:

Appropriate insurance, project photos, two recent customer references, and successful completion of a required lead-contractor background check with your authorization. Two-person crews are strongly recommended for roofline work. You select, supervise, and pay your own help. Helpers do not need to meet the lead contractor's experience minimums. Payouts are generally processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the corresponding customer payment , with processing at least weekly. This campaign is being developed; customer lighting projects will begin booking on Oct 1st. No minimum workload or earnings are guaranteed.
