We're currently seeking a long term, honest, and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team of friendly, skilled professionals. We provide on-the-job training with seasoned technicians who are happy to invest in your growth! Position Specific Responsibilities Perform weekly pool cleanings, filter maintenance, and ensure proper chemical balance Offer support with customer communication Assist with minor equipment repairs Collaborate with office teams for training and process improvements Maintain precise truck inventory practices Report maintenance needs for vehicle needs Assist in keeping the warehouse inventory in order and facility clean Support team meetings with relevant updates Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations Availability for occasional overtime during peak seasons Company-Wide Responsibilities Uphold the company's mission, values, and service standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and trust Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year working in swimming pool industry Work Environment and Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
