Accepting applications Make Ready Technician - Property Management 📍 Conroe, TX | Full-Time Are you a skilled Make Ready Technician looking for your next opportunity in property management? We are seeking a dependable, hardworking professional to join our team and help prepare apartment homes for new residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-ins through cleaning, repairs, and unit touch-ups

Complete light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

Replace fixtures, hardware, and basic apartment components as needed

Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units meet company standards

Troubleshoot and repair appliances when necessary

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or Maintenance Technician in property management preferred

Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs

Experience with carpentry and hardware installation

Appliance troubleshooting experience

Must have your own basic tools

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Able to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
