Key Responsibilities:

•

Plumbing:

Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.

Electrical:

Troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing outlets and light fixtures, and basic wiring.

HVAC:

Maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Carpentry:

Repairing and installing doors, windows, and other woodwork.

Appliance Repair:

Troubleshooting and fixing common household appliances.

Painting and Drywall:

Repairing and patching walls and ceilings.

Locksmiths:

Changing locks and re-keying doors.

Grounds-keeping:

maintaining outdoor areas.

Use of Tools:

Proficiency with both hand and power tools.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively

Skills:

Communication:

Clearly explaining issues and solutions to residents and management.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving maintenance issues effectively.

Organizational Skills:

Managing work orders, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.

Adaptability:

Being able to adjust to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.

Physical Requirements:
