Available Help for . The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational facility. This position performs routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial duties to ensure the building and grounds remain in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and skilled in general building maintenance. Part-time-Schedule is Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 1pm-5pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.

Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.

Replace and repair light fixtures, light bulbs, switches, outlets, and other basic electrical components.

Repair doors, locks, cabinets, drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, and other building fixtures.

Assemble, move, and repair furniture and equipment as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.

Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and landscaping as needed.

Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards immediately.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and building codes.

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.

Experience with janitorial equipment and cleaning procedures.

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
