Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining swimming pool systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping pools in pristine condition and addressing any technical issues promptly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and passion for pool maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Comparable Experience Required. Responsibilities Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools. Perform repairs on pool components such as motors, valves, gauges, and plumbing fixtures with precision and care. Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning filters, balancing water chemistry, and inspecting for leaks or damage. Utilize specialized equipment to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective repair solutions. Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports documenting repairs performed and parts used. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals, electrical components, and mechanical parts. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge preferred with the ability to troubleshoot complex pool systems efficiently. Experience preferred in equipment repair, including motors, pumps, filters, and plumbing fixtures. Proficiency in pool maintenance procedures preferred such as water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning. Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers) and power tools safely and effectively. Prior service technician experience preferred; ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement solutions. Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques preferred to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance. Excellent maintenance skills with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
