Overview:

Honest Water Co. of El Paso is a growing local water-treatment company serving homeowners throughout El Paso and the surrounding areas. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis drinking-water systems. We're looking for a dependable, experienced installer to join our team as a full-time W-2 employee. The right person takes pride in clean work, communicates well with customers, and can complete installations correctly without cutting corners. What you'll be doing: Installing whole-home water softeners and filtration systems Installing tank and tankless reverse osmosis systems Locating main water lines and completing plumbing tie-ins Running drain lines and completing minor trenching when required Programming, testing, and inspecting installed equipment Troubleshooting and servicing existing water-treatment systems What we're looking for: Previous plumbing or water-treatment installation experience Water softener and reverse osmosis experience strongly preferred Ability to work full time and maintain a dependable schedule Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds Comfortable working in garages, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Professional appearance and strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to work independently without sacrificing quality Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus What we offer: Full-time W-2 employment Performance and customer-review bonuses Consistent weekly work Company vehicle provided for scheduled work Opportunity for advancement as the company grows A supportive local team that values honesty, accountability, and quality workmanship

Schedule:

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
