In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal operation of swimming pools and aquatic facilities. Your expertise will help maintain pristine water conditions, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide exceptional service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, water treatment, and maintaining high standards of pool care. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and water chemistry balancing Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality and compliance with health standards Repair or replace faulty pool components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify potential issues early Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally during site visits Requirements Proven experience as a pool cleaner or in aquatic facility maintenance with a strong understanding of pool chemistry balancing Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols Familiarity with pool equipment repair and routine maintenance procedures Experience operating company vehicles for transportation to various job sites Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools and power tools Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision Join our team to enjoy a rewarding role that combines technical expertise with outdoor activity!
