This dynamic role involves keeping our property safe, ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong maintenance skills, ability to learn quickly maintenance, and a proactive approach to facilities management. Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities and maintenance at our club to ensure timely and effective repairs and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations. Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and appropriate tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair, electrical system upgrades, or high voltage work. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records of all repairs and inspections. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and enforcing safety regulations across the facility. Review technical schematics and drawings to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions efficiently. Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades or renovations while managing budgets and timelines effectively. Maintain high standards of safety procedures during all maintenance activities to protect team members and equipment. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong mechanical knowledge including systems repair such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems (low voltage & high voltage), and general mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and electrical testing tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial maintenance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance using CMMS platforms for work order tracking and record keeping. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with supervisory experience in managing teams dedicated to facilities or industrial maintenance operations. Knowledge of mechanical systems repair including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage), and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read technical schematics accurately; experience working with electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters or ohmmeters is essential.
