Integrity Pool Service — Harker Heights, TX Integrity Pool Service is a locally owned, veteran-owned residential pool service company serving Harker Heights and surrounding areas. We're looking for an experienced residential swimming pool service tech to join our field team. This position is temporary through December 15, 2026 , with the possibility of continuing based on workload, performance, reliability, and overall fit. Previous professional pool cleaning and maintenance experience is required. We're looking for someone who already knows how to service residential pools and can get up to speed on our routes and standards quickly. Pay Paid per pool. Pay is negotiable based on experience and demonstrated capability during the first 1-2 weeks of ride-along.
•One-time jobs and additional service work are paid separately in addition to regular route pay. What You'll Do Perform routine residential pool cleaning and maintenance Skim, brush, and vacuum pools Test water chemistry and properly dose chemicals with help of Orenda app Empty baskets and check circulation and equipment Clean filters as needed Recognize and report water-quality and equipment concerns Complete service reports and photos using Skimmer Independently complete an assigned route once ready Communicate with clients via text on company phone line (used only for arrival texts and for notifying of urgent pool issues) We use Skimmer pool service software for routing and service reports. Previous experience with Skimmer is a plus and will make the transition easy. What We're Looking For You should already be comfortable servicing residential pools from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in professional residential pool maintenance Dependable and consistently on time Comfortable working independently Communicative with clients and office staff as needed Knowledgeable in basic pool chemistry and chemical dosing Efficient without cutting corners Attentive to equipment and water-quality issues Respectful of clients and their property Comfortable using a smartphone throughout the workday Able to work outdoors and perform physical work in Texas weather Requirements Professional pool cleaning/maintenance experience required Valid driver's license and safe driving history Working knowledge of residential pool chemistry and equipment Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs Ability to repeatedly bend, kneel, reach, and work outdoors throughout the day Reliable attendance Company-Paid CPO Certification Available If you aren't already CPO certified, Integrity Pool Service will pay for your CPO certification, if you stay after 3 months. Already CPO certified? Even better. Schedule This is a weekday daytime position, Monday through Friday. Technicians report at approximately 7:00 AM to prepare for the day's route. Once working independently, technicians are expected to arrive at their first pool by 8:00 AM . Once solo, you'd start with approximately 5 pools per day , gradually increasing to as many as 9 pools per day as efficiency is established and service quality remains consistently high. You may accept one-time jobs and additional service work, which is paid separately in addition to regular per-pool pay. There is an opportunity for continued employment beyond December for the right technician. Continued employment will depend on company workload as well as your reliability, quality of work, efficiency, and ability to handle a route independently. We're a small team, so reliability matters.
